0 Beginning Adobe Photoshop CS2
0 Introduction to Flash CS3
Before you begin, it is important to know the difference between a Flash authoring file (. FLA) and a Shockwave Flash file (.swf). When you start working in Flash, you will work in a document. Fla. However, in order to display your latest work in Flash Player, you will need to "publish" the file as a. swf. (To do this, see step VI of this document). * If you do not have Flash Player installed on your computer, get a free download here: http://www.adobe.com/. Select "Get Adobe Flash Player".
I. TO GET STARTED:
or to start a new Flash file, go to File New > (+ N).
or select the default option "FlashFile (ActionScript 3.0)" and click OK.
or you should now see the instrument panel, timeline and "Stadium".
II. MODIFY THE DOCUMENT:
or to create settings for the new Flash document, go to Edit document > (+ J).
or enter a title and a description (i.e., "My Flash Movie").
or choose a background color for the drop-down box.
and then decide if you want to change the "Frame rate" by default (12 fps). * Note that "fps" stands for "frames per second" so the higher the number, the faster playback speed.
or click OK. You should now see your "stage", reflecting the background color you've chosen.
0 How to generate a PDF File &
HOW TO GENERATE A PDF FILE
1. open the file that you want to trace in Adobe Photoshop.
2. choose File-Save as from the menu.
3. the Save as dialog box appears. This box allows you to assign to the file, change the file format and location.
4. to change the file format to PDF, click format. Click the drop-down menu, Photoshop PDF.
5. Since the aim is for the PDF output, it is better to have a flat image. To make a flat image, select as a copy and uncheck layers.
6. press save.
7. a window will appear in Adobe Photoshop. Click OK.
8. the save Adobe PDF dialog box will appear.
9. The left panel allows editing of PDF. Since the intent is for the PDF output, it is better to have the sizes of files smaller than 10 MB. To change the file size click compression.
10. under options to modify the bicubic Downsampling 150 pixels by 150 pixels/inch/inch.
11. to save the PDF file, press save PDF.
0 Batch Processing and clipping action script (Advanced Photoshop technique)
Batch cropping allows the user to crop from any number of images in a folder in an automated manner using "actions" feature found in the full version of Photoshop scripting. This is called Automation, and in this case, Batch processing. Automation uses a set of user-defined actions to perform a series of tasks automatically. For example, when the slides are scanned in bulk, often have a thick black border around the image. Using Batch cropping might remove these borders from a folder full of images with just a few clicks, instead of manually cropping out the black border from each slide.
The following steps demonstrate how to use scripting actions for batch culture. Before you begin working with Photoshop, you need to make the folders of files scanned. You should organize your scanned images into 2 folders: vertical and horizontal, so you can preserve the vertical or horizontal orientation of the images without distorting them.
1. In Photoshop, click "Window" on the menu bar and make sure that you select "History".
a. under the history menu, select actions tab.
b. know the size in inches or pixels are intended for final images before you start. Remember that you are not just getting rid of the black background of the scanned image. There are also optimizing by changing the size and resolution of the image.
c. click the triangle to the left of the folder "default actions".
d. in the lower portion of the window, click the folder icon to create a new action. This folder will contain all series/your actions. This folder named "Cropped images".
and now we are two actions that script will be placed in the folder you just created: an action will crop the image horizontally while the other will crop images vertically.

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is the world standard image processing, photo-editing and graphics program that allows you to create high-quality digital images. The program Photoshop CS2 is practically the same on Macintosh or PC platforms. It combines a full range of selection tools, painting, and drawing tools, color-correction tools and special effects, tremendous editing capabilities. Photoshop CS2 offers more support for web graphics, a brush color correction (red eye plus) and many new painting and web support features.
Together with Photoshop is the Web utility ImageReady CS2. This is a special graphics editor that allows you to convert and optimize graphics for web use and for other purposes. ImageReady provides better optimization and animation, as well as new Web layout functionality and advanced creative tools to create special effects such as Web design, slicing and rollover animation
Bitmap objects
Many image programs can be defined as "paint" programs, in which you draw a line, and the program will convert this line into tiny squares called "pixels". Each pixel is consistent with a "bit" data. The painting itself is called "bitmap image." Some examples are PC Paintbrush, Paintshop Pro, Superpaint, PixelPaint and color it. Other graphics applications like Adobe Illustrator and Freehand, canvas, CorelDraw and others are in the category called drawing programs. Designs include "objects", which are independent, forms and mathematically defined lines. For this reason, drawing programs are sometimes referred to as "objects" or "vector." Photoshop has both.
Painting and drawing applications have their good and bad points. A drawing program offers a direct approach to the creation of images. For example, while many features of Photoshop are very complex and require some time and practice to master, its basic drawing tools are very easy to use. Simply draw and erase until you achieve the desired effect. In addition, each of the basic drawing tools of Photoshop are fully able to be customized. So, in effect, you have access to an infinite variety of pastels, watercolors, pastels, colored pencils, airbrushes, etc, that are fully Deletable.

Teachers may want to understand how to create and modify the text to design and produce posters information, charts, diagrams, etc. for their classes.Understanding text in Photoshop-vector format when you create the type in Photoshop, you are actually creating a mathematical equation that defines the individual shapes of the letters and numbers that you typed. Each character is a vector that makes your scalable type design quality.
This means that while Photoshop itself is pixel-based tool such as Photoshop contains outlines of vector type. When you manipulate the text, for example, by making it larger or smaller, it will maintain its sharp edges. Even if you do it multiple times, the text will remain clean and crisp. This ability to vector contours based is known as resolution independence.
0 Become familiar with the Photoshop interface
Open application
The first step, obviously, is to open the application. In the laboratory, IT is possible to find that folder marked Adobe Photoshop in the programs menu (start menu). It may also be located in a folder in the start menu called graphics.
Once you have opened the app (after a few moments of loading time), you will see the Photoshop interface. There are many complex elements of the interface, and for the sake of saving space in this tutorial and maintain basic things, only I'll show the toolbars and options, it is necessary to perform the most basic tasks in Photoshop. If you have ever noticed that some of these elements are missing, just go to the window menu and select them.
User interface elements
Perhaps the most important element of the Photoshop interface is the toolbar. It contains a bunch of icons that represent the different tools that Photoshop offers to edit and create images. These include tools for selecting specific areas of images, changing the colors of the image, extending, transforming and erasing parts of an image and many others. To get an idea of what some of these tools can do, mouse over the icons and you'll get a bit of explanatory tool. Let me explain some specific tools in the following sections of this tutorial.

Flash Video offers unparalleled reach by offering more options for interactivity to any video format on the Internet. This chapter introduces the number one video in streaming format. Video and Web File formats, e.g. HTML, GIF and JPEG have made distribution text and images on the World Wide Web. The MP3 audio file format extended the Web to become a vehicle for audio distribution. It was not until the introduction of Flash Video (FLV) in Adobe Flash Player that the video has become viewable from major-ity of the general audience on the Internet.
In Web 1.0 (1994-2003), Web video was difficult to deploy because of authoring support for integration with other Web content was non-existent, some formats have been guaranteed to be ubiquitous across platforms and few people had broadband connectivity. These factors made for poor viewing experiences like video plug-ins were not available or too troublesome to install and update.
0 Creation of bent and rolled corners with Photoshop Elements 5.0
This tutorial will teach you how to create rolled and folded corners, which can be used to adorn the corners of the page, to creatively mat photos or to roll the corners of your photos. This tutorial assumes familiarity with the basics of using Photoshop Elements, including opening and setting the size and resolution of new documents, selecting tools, moving windows inside of Photoshop Elements, zoom in/out and the creation and reorganization of layers.
Let's Start!
1. open a new document. For this tutorial, I'm creating a photo mat for photos 5 × 7, so my document size is 6 × 8, with a resolution of 300 dpi. If you are creating a roll of paper that will be the background of the page, create a file in size like page to be finished.
2. open the file containing the document you want to create the paper rolled by. I am using a reference document called "Denim faded" from my pack paper The Blues. Should now have two files open. Move files to windows so that they are a side to the other and you can see both.
3. Select the move tool toolbar. Left-click on the image, hold down the mouse button and drag the map in your document window rolled up angle. If the card you have selected is greater than the size of the document that you are using for your rolled angle when zooming, you'll notice that there are no dotted lines showing gray space around the corner rolled document. The dotted lines show the size of your paper, and if left mouse button on the map and hold down the mouse button, you can move the paper around until the part that you want to use is showing in the document window. To remove the extra card outside of the document window, click Select all > main menu. You will notice that dotted lines, often referred to as "marching ants" appear around the outside edge of the document window rolled edge. Click modify and document > Crop will be trimmed to include only what is showing inside the document window.
