This 15 page ebook will guide you on how to replace the screen of your iPhone. Replacing the display Assembly will give you a new Panel of front glass, digitizer and LCD. The LCD is adhering to the glass factory and the two sides are not separable without damage.
Step 1 – rear panel
-Before you disassemble your iPhone, make sure it is off
-Remove the two screws of Pentalobe 3.6 mm next to the dock connector
Step 2
-Push the rear panel to the top edge of the iPhone. The Panel will move about 2 mm
Phase 3
-Remove the back panel from the iPhone.
Phase 4 – drums
-Remove the single screw Phillips 2.5 mm, ensuring the battery connector to the logic board.
Step 5
-Opening tool for iPod carefully unplug the battery connector from the ends up closer to the top and bottom edges of the iPhone. Not to pry against the contact pressure.
-Remove the pressure contact from iPhone.
Step 6
Use the pull-tab transparent plastic to gently lift the battery of iPhone.

Step 30
De-route the digitizer and LCD cables through the internal structure of steel. Before re-front-panel fastening systems for the internal structure of steel, make sure the LCD and digitizer cables are not bent or crushed between the inner frame and the front panel Assembly. This will result in damage to the cables and perhaps not having enough slack when reconnecting them to the logic board.
